PERICLE: LABYRINTH is a tabletop RPG led by a game master app, Loremaster. The game is a dungeon-crawler, with the option for infinite encounters and dungeon crawls.

The action unfolds as Loremaster sets the scene, displays combat instructions, and controls enemy actions. Players battle with formidable foes on the tabletop with maps, dice, and standees. Traditional board game elements meet the ease of an app game master. No prep time needed before a session - set up is quick and easy, and everyone gets to play!

Is this a full game?

No, Labyrinth is an expansion. It must be played together with the Pericle core system (rulebook, hero handbook, pregen characters, dice, etc.) that comes with Gathering Darkness or is sold separately (Pericle Core System).

Does it include all enemy standees?

No! Labyrinth includes 7 basic enemy standees in different sizes, which can be reused to represent all enemies of the Labyrinth.

For those who wish to have a unique standee for every monster, the optional Labyrinth Monster standees are sold separately.

How many hours of gameplay does Labyrinth offer?

Labyrinth is a dungeon crawler adventure where players can enjoy an infinite number of playthroughs. Each Labyrinth run offers a unique combination of encounters, treasure, merchants, and puzzles. Replayability is extremely high!

What devices does Loremaster support?

Loremaster can be used on any tablet, laptop, or similarly sized device with an updated operating system. It is a web-based app that can be used on any web browser.

Modular Components for Flexibility
The physical component design is modular: double-sided maps (with multiple layouts), obstacle tokens, treasure tokens, standees of varying sizes, etc. This allows for dynamic tabletop layouts that change with each session, while keeping the box lighter.
Unique Dungeon Layouts Each Session
The Labyrinth is designed so that each descent is fresh. The app’s “dungeon creation” feature helps produce a different layout or flow for each run. Each run includes around 5 encounters, including combat, merchants, puzzles, traps, and more.
Scalable Party Sizes
Face the Labyrinth alone or with a full party. Encounters adapt to your group size and ability level, even for players with existing heroes from Gathering Darkness! Solo players gain a loyal golem companion to enable the same tactical teamwork usually reserved for larger groups.
